2017 Municipal Elections Voting Information
If you have lost or misplaced your ballot you have the following voting options:
Salt Lake County is a Vote-by Mail County.
If you have not yet received your Vote-by-Mail ballot please call the Salt Lake County Clerk, Election Division at (385) GOT-VOTE, (385)-468-8683. (This option is available until November 2). After November 2, you will need to vote in-person at any one of the Vote Centers located throughout Salt Lake County.
a. Ballots must be postmarked the day before Election Day (November 6)
b. After the November 6, mail-in deadline voters have the option of returning their voted ballot to any Vote Center located throughout Salt Lake County... OR
c. Ballots may be dropped in a secure Salt Lake County Clerk, Election Division owned “Ballot Drop Box” located in the Riverton City Hall Parking Lot
Election Day Vote Centers are available on Tuesday, November 7, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. for voters who need the ADA accommodations offered with electronic voting machines, did not receive a ballot, misplaced their ballot, or need to vote in person. You must provide identification to vote in person at a Vote Center on Election Day.
