About the Stormwater Division
The Stormwater Division of the Public Works Department administers the flood control system, stormwater utility, Stormwater Management Plan, stormwater capital facility projects and stormwater system maintenance. The division was created in 2010 to satisfy the requirements of the Utah Clean Water Act.
